I love this couple. I have from the first time I met them, and was SO excited for their wedding day from the day we took Engagement pics downtown.
It was a chilly day...but as always, that wasn't stopping us! After all, it was November. It snowed earlier in the day and Jenn & Roy were ready to get pictures taken outside pretty much as soon as I got there. After swooning over her GORGEOUS bouquet (handmade from family members brooches over the years...I mean, wow.), we headed out for pics along Symphony Way.
The ceremony was adorable...short & sweet. Jenn & Roy were married, and I could already tell they just wanted to mingle and hang out with their closest family & friends to celebrate their love for one another.
The reception was stunning....I have YET to see a wedding set up I didn't like at The Haight. It's always amazing, but the bride & grooms love for succulents (and Bob's Burgers) kinda stole my heart from the start. Those of you that know me know I'm slightly obsessed with plants...succulents in particular.
The food was amazing from Cuisine America (a catering company I also have YET to try something I didn't like!) and the party was underway.
Right before I left, as the dance floor was packed, Jenn & Roy surprised their guests with a Vow Renewal ceremony....and mostly every couple participated! It was the sweetest thing. If you follow my IG stories you would have seen it, and I about cried through the whole thing. I'm such a mess with things like this. It's a wonder how I'm able to take pictures through tears in my eyes. ;)
